Inquiry - Stock Planner Inquiry

This inquiry displays an item's stock movements for a given warehouse or for all warehouses. Movements included in the stock calculations include purchase orders (added), and backorders, held invoices, picking slips and POS orders (subtracted).

  1. Open the Item Inquiry screen for the item you want to inquire on.

Refer to "Displaying the Item Inquiry Screen" (MDS and MRF) or "Displaying the Item Inquiry Screen" (POS).

  1. Select INQUIRY | STOCK PLANNER INQUIRY.

Micronet displays the Stock Planning Inquiry screen.

  1. Enter the number of the warehouse you want to inquire on or leave this field blank to inquire on all warehouses.
  1. Select the Inquire button.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

  1. Select whether you want your inquiry displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.

Micronet displays the Stock Planner Inquiry.

The Opening line shows the current stock on hand for the selected warehouse or all warehouses. The following stock movements are displayed in date order.

  1. When you have finished with this inquiry, select the Exit button.

Micronet redisplays the Stock Planning Inquiry screen where you can inquire on another warehouse if required.

  1. When you have finished with the Stock Planning Inquiry screen, select the Cancel button.

Micronet redisplays the Item Inquiry screen where you can perform another inquiry if required.

  1. Select FILE | NEW to inquire on a different item.
